Rangin Group is a plastic bag manufacturing and printing company based in Kabul, Afghanistan. We supply plastic bags to retailers, wholesalers, institutions, and businesses across Afghanistan.

2. Products and Services

• We manufacture and supply plastic bags including t-shirt bags, die-cut bags, loose handle bags, garbage bags, and custom-printed bags.

• Product sizes, thickness, and printing options vary. Specific details will be confirmed before order approval.

• All custom-printed bag orders require prior artwork confirmation.

3. Orders and Payments

• Orders can be placed by contacting us directly through our website, phone, or in person.

• A deposit may be required for bulk or custom-printed orders.

• Payments are accepted in Afghani (AFN) or other agreed currencies.

• All prices are provided in advance and confirmed before production begins.

4. Delivery and Lead Times

• Standard delivery is available in Kabul and throughout Afghanistan.

• Delivery times vary depending on location, order size, and customization requirements.

• We strive to meet agreed deadlines but are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control (transportation issues, supply chain disruptions, etc.).

5. Quality Assurance

• All bags are manufactured under strict quality standards.

• Customers are encouraged to check goods upon delivery.

• Any concerns should be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

6. Custom Printing Policy

• Printing will only begin once the customer has approved final artwork.

• We are not responsible for errors in customer-submitted designs or logos.

• Additional charges may apply for revisions after approval.

7. Returns and Cancellations

• Standard plastic bag orders may be canceled prior to production.

• Custom-printed orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

• Returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Rangin Group is not responsible for indirect or incidental losses caused by delays, supply issues, or misuse of products.

• Our liability is limited to the replacement of defective goods or refund of the order value, as applicable.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Rangin Group unless otherwise stated.

• Customers retain rights to their own logos and brand assets provided for printing.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Afghanistan. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Kabul.
